Harvest Merlot and Syrah in September, Montepulciano
  middle of October by hand in small baskets.
Vinification Fermentation and maceration for 2 weeks in steel vat.
  Malolactic fermentation, maturingand aging 6 months in 
  traditional cement vat 15-20HL.
Alcohol 13,5 % vol.
