Harvest Merlot and Syrah in September, Montepulciano
  middle of October by hand in small baskets.
Vinification Fermentation and maceration 4 weeks in steel vat or
  epoxy covered cement. Malolactic fermentation, maturing
  and aging 12 months in French oak barrels and 3 months in
  steel vat. Bottle maturation 9 months.
   
Alcohol 13-14 % vol.
Bottling Without clarification and unfiltered.
Tasting notes Intensive aubergine colour.
  Traces of plums, blackberries, liquorice and vanilla.
  Full-bodied, lasting finish.
