Vinification Fermentation and maceration 4 to 12 weeks in steel vat or
  epoxy covered cement. Malolactic fermentation, maturing
  and aging at least 30 months in French oak barriques.
  Bottle maturation 12 months.
Alcohol 13-14 % vol.
Bottling Without clarification and unfiltered.
Tasting notes Dark and dense ruby red colour. Aroma of cherries and
  blackberries, liquorice and spices. Complex and full-bodied,
  elegant tannin structure, long persistence. Excellent longevity.
